What You Are Agreeing To

Your participation is governed in full by the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. Read them before you submit. The points below are a summary, not a replacement.

Approval is not guaranteed. Applications are reviewed by TIH. If you are approved, TIH issues your unique tracking link, your content kit, and IRS Form W-9 to complete. Your W-9 must be on file before any payout is released.

How you get paid. Every affiliate payout is a flat published amount, already calculated on the net TIH collects after payment processing fees, so nothing further is deducted. You are paid when TIH is paid, not before. Refunded, disputed, and charged-back sales do not pay. Self-purchases through your own link do not pay.

Disclosure is required every time. In every post, email, video, livestream, podcast, or message where you share your link, you must disclose upfront that the content is promotional, that you are an independent affiliate rather than an employee or agent of TIH, and that you may be compensated. On social media, place a clear tag such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate in the visible portion of the post, above the link and above any "see more" fold. In video and audio, say it out loud early. A caption alone is not enough. Disclosing only when asked does not satisfy this requirement, and failing to disclose forfeits the payout for that sale.

No income or outcome promises. You may not promise or imply that any TIH offer produces a specific income or result. If you share your own experience, state that results vary. You may not present TIH content as legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice.

Prohibited conduct. Automated scripts, click injection, cookie stuffing, or any technical method to intercept or claim credit for organic TIH traffic results in immediate termination, forfeiture of all payouts, and possible legal action.
