You make the introduction. TIH qualifies, sells, and delivers. You earn when TIH collects. This form takes about four minutes and asks for nothing you need to look up.

What Referral Partners Earn

Associate: 10% of Net Revenue Collected, at 1 point

Principal: 15% of Net Revenue Collected, at 3 points

Charter Partner: 20% of Net Revenue Collected, at 6 points

Workspace plans and system builds pay a flat published amount, $48 to $194, regardless of tier

Points are weighted. A $100,000 event production earns 3 points, a full Foundation Build earns 1, a Workspace signup earns a quarter point

Full Event Production at $100,000 and above pays on net after direct production and vendor costs

Quality Bonus: $1,000 to $5,000 one time if your referral continues on an ongoing retainer within 12 months

Paid within 30 days of TIH clearing the client's payment, by ACH, Zelle, or wire

Minimum payout $150. Balances carry forward until the threshold is met

90-day ownership window on builds, consulting, and event engagements. 120 days on Workspace signups and affiliate activity

First-to-Submit attribution. Referrals must be net-new prospects, not already working with TIH

Approved partners are automatically enrolled as an Affiliate and issued a tracking link, paying $48 flat on every Blueprint Clarity Session

No signature and no tax information are needed to submit this application. If you are approved, TIH sends the official Referral Partner Agreement and IRS Form W-9 together for your signature. What Happens After You Submit

This is a request to join The TIH Collective Referral Partner Program. It does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed by TIH for fit with the program and the businesses TIH serves.

The agreement step. If your application is approved, TIH sends the official Referral Partner Agreement and IRS Form W-9 together for your electronic signature. No referral relationship exists, and no referral is tracked or paid, until that Agreement is signed by both parties. Once it comes back, TIH issues your Referrer ID, your affiliate tracking link, and your partner content kit.

How payouts work. Percentage payouts are calculated on Net Revenue Collected, meaning the revenue TIH actually receives and clears from the referred client, minus payment processing fees only. Workspace plans and system builds pay a flat published amount instead. Full Event Production at $100,000 and above pays on net after direct production and vendor costs, including subcontractors, venues, catering, audiovisual, and decor. You are paid when TIH is paid, not before.

Attribution and ownership. The program runs on First-to-Submit attribution. The ownership window is 90 days on builds, consulting, and event engagements, and 120 days on Workspace signups and affiliate activity. A prospect already working with TIH is not eligible. Self-referrals are not eligible, and neither is any organization where you are a direct deciding authority for the purchase.

Disclosure. Every partner must disclose the referral arrangement upfront and in writing, in every introduction, on every channel, including out loud in video and audio. Reactive disclosure, meaning disclosing only when asked, does not satisfy this requirement.
