This is an invitation-based program for professionals with direct access to the businesses TIH serves. You introduce. TIH closes and delivers. You get paid when TIH collects, not before.
The Collective Payout
Payouts on consulting and advisory engagements are calculated on Net Revenue Collected, the revenue TIH actually receives minus payment processing fees only. Destination management full production pays on net after direct vendor and production costs.
The name for what TIH pays you on a closed referral. Some offers pay a flat amount. Others pay a percentage set by your partner tier. Both are The Collective Payout, and both are paid the same way: after TIH receives and clears the client's payment.
One payment event per referred client. A system build referral pays on the build only. First-to-Submit attribution. 90-day ownership window on all builds and event engagements; 120 days on Workspace signups and affiliate activity. Active Opportunity exclusion applies. Government entities are not eligible for referral payouts; associations and nonprofits are eligible. Full terms governed by the TIH Industries Referral Partner Agreement.
Tier Advancement
Tiers advance on a weighted points system over a rolling twelve months, not raw referral count. Reviewed quarterly, with written tier status updates.

Once you reach Charter Partner, your rate never drops below Principal (15%) in any rolling 12-month window where you earn at least 1 point. Zero points in a rolling 12-month period returns you to Associate.
The Workspace Payout
TIH Foundation Workspace is the monthly plan that holds a client's leads, follow-up, bookings, and payments in one place, maintained for them every month. Whether the signup comes through your referral submission or your affiliate link, the payout is identical. Simple by design, built to stay simple as this grows.
System fees included, one done-for-you email campaign or twice-monthly newsletter, an AI visibility snapshot, and a full digital presence check every month.
Everything in Baseline plus done-for-you social content, text message setup, a monthly one-page performance report, and 1-business-day response.
Monthly plans pay after the client's second cleared month. Annual plans pay 30 days after the year clears. Free trials do not pay.
Your referrals receive a 14-day free trial instead of the standard 7 days. Use it. It closes fence-sitters.
A client who prepays the year earns you three times the monthly payout and counts double toward your tier. A single signup still pays once, through whichever channel is credited first.
Every approved Referral Partner is automatically enrolled in The TIH Collective Affiliate Program and issued a unique tracking link. Your link pays a flat $48 on every Blueprint Clarity Session ($250) purchased through it, plus the Workspace payouts above and a flat 10% on system build purchases. Referral submissions and affiliate links are tracked separately. One transaction never pays both.
Quality Bonus Program
If a client you referred completes a consulting engagement and continues with TIH on an ongoing retainer within 12 months of the close, you earn a one-time flat bonus. A recognition payment, in addition to The Collective Payout you already earned.

Attribution and Ownership
Four rules govern every referral. Know them before you submit.
The first Referral Partner to register a prospect through an official TIH channel receives full credit. Duplicate submissions: the earlier timestamp wins. No exceptions, no appeals.
90 days on all builds and event engagements, measured from the date TIH classifies the referral as Qualified. 120 days on Workspace signups and affiliate activity. If the engagement doesn't close within the window, attribution lapses and the prospect returns to TIH's open pipeline. Windows are not extended or paused.
A prospect already working with TIH is not eligible: two-way communication with TIH staff or vendors in the last 30 days with a next action on file, quiz completion within 90 days, a purchased or scheduled Blueprint Clarity Session, or any existing client relationship with TIH. Exception: if the prospect came in through your own affiliate link, you keep the right to submit them for a full engagement referral.
Referrals must bring genuine net-new value. No credit for prospects already working through TIH's process or who would have engaged through TIH's own outreach. TIH reserves the right to deny credit for any referral that doesn't demonstrate true additive value.
FTC Disclosure, Required
FTC endorsement enforcement is active and civil penalties apply per violation. Disclosure is not optional in this program.

An attorney, CPA, therapist, financial advisor, healthcare provider, or licensed expert generating $150K to $400K a year.
A founder managing two to five or more companies, generating $250K to $5M+ a year. The revenue is there. The backend is held together by willpower.
A founder, corporation, association, or luxury travel group with a confirmed event production budget of $100,000 or higher, including marketing budget.
